Our Story

Baked with love, passed down with purpose

Sweet Heritage is a small-batch home bakery built on family recipes, slow ferments, and the belief that food carries memory. Every loaf, cookie, and jar is made by hand in small batches so the people who eat it get more than a snack. They get a story.

Meet the baker

Hi, I'm Brandi Lee

the heart behind Sweet Heritage.

For as long as I can remember, the kitchen has been where my happiest memories were made. Some of my favorite moments were spent beside family members, learning recipes that had been lovingly passed down from generation to generation. Those recipes weren't just instructions, they were stories, traditions, and expressions of love.

As I grew older, I realized that baking and cooking weren't simply hobbies for me. They became a way to honor my family's heritage while creating new memories of my own. Every loaf of sourdough, every pastry, and every sweet treat I make carries a little piece of that tradition.

There is something incredibly special about sharing homemade food with others. Watching someone take that first bite and seeing it bring comfort, joy, or remind them of home is the reason I do what I do. Food has a unique way of bringing people together, creating conversations, celebrating milestones, and making ordinary days feel a little more meaningful.

Sweet Heritage was created to share those traditions beyond my own family. My hope is that every item I bake feels like it came from someone's kitchen rather than a factory, made with care, quality ingredients, and genuine love.

Thank you for supporting my dream and allowing me to share a piece of my family's heritage with yours. I can't wait for you to experience the warmth, comfort, and joy that inspired Sweet Heritage from the very beginning.

Three Generations

Of flour & fire

Nana and Grammy baked because it's how they showed love. My mom baked because that was how we celebrated. I bake because I want my family, and yours, to know what a real loaf tastes like.

Sweet Heritage is a thank you letter to the women who taught me. Every recipe on the menu has been in our family for years, tested at holiday tables and Sunday dinners long before it ever reached yours.
